School & Club Race Nights
A brilliant social night for parents, players and supporters that raises serious money for your school, PTA or sports club. No experience needed, no upfront cost. I bring the lot and host it start to finish.
Several ways to raise, all night long
Unlike a raffle or a quiz that leans on one big push, a race night raises money in stages across the whole evening. Six races plus a live auction race at the end means the atmosphere, and the total, keep building. Schools, PTAs and sports clubs often do especially well, because your community is already right behind you. Here is how it stacks up.
Sponsors & pre-sell
Local businesses sponsor each of the six races, which is affordable for them and pure profit for you. Guests buy their horses in advance on the pre-sell sheets I provide, so money is already coming in before anyone arrives.
Warms up the potThe tote
This is the main income stream. Simple, fast and good fun, guests place small bets on each race and the pot builds every time. It is the engine of the evening and it adds up quickly.
The engine roomAuction race & raffle
For the final race the horses are auctioned to the highest bidder, which always brings a lively, competitive end to the night. Run your raffle alongside it and you close on a high with the total climbing right to the finish line.

Blow up sheep racing
Not every fundraiser wants a big screen and a darkened room. Blow up sheep racing is our hands-on bit of fun, and a brilliant fit for school fetes, summer fairs and family fun days. The giant inflatable sheep are a real crowd-pleaser for all ages, and it sets up indoors or out, so a spot of British weather need not stop play. Run it on its own as a fete attraction, or add it alongside an evening race night.
